If repair service is needed, please ship the equipment to the address listed below along with;

1. A description of the problem or what service you would like.
2. Return shipping information.
3. A contact name with telephone and FAX number or email address.

Repair costs consists of parts replaced and labor @ $90 US per hour. There is a 1-hour minimum charge per device bench tested and a fax-repair estimate is provided, in most cases, before repairs are performed. Typically, repairs are completed within 5 working days. One to 2-day AOG services is also available, please call for scheduling information.
